THE JOURNEY
FloorToCloud Advisory was born from a simple observation — mid-size manufacturers get left behind.
Large enterprises have access to the best consultants, the latest technology, and dedicated teams to manage change. Small workshops are agile enough to adapt on their own. But businesses in the middle — 50 to 500 employees, real operations, real complexity — fall into a gap. Too big to wing it, too small for the big firms to care.
Our founder has spent 30 years living on both sides of this gap. The journey began on factory floors in the early 1990s as an Industrial Engineer — conducting time studies, optimising layouts, standing next to machines and asking 'how do we make this better?'
From there, the path moved through enterprise technology — implementing ERP systems, building operational processes for growing businesses, and understanding what makes technology stick versus what gets abandoned.
Today, that experience spans AI-augmented delivery at enterprise scale — understanding not just what technology can do, but how to make it work for real people in real operations.
